Ok...so it seems like The Dream chose this specific day to release hot new material. Don't know exactly why, but hey, can't say I'm mad or something 'cause he sure is delivering.

This here is the official video for the Mariah Carey featured track, My Love, off of his album 'Love Vs. Money' set to drop this week. The video is not amazing, nor horrific. Something like..I would say...mediocre. MC finally changes her looks and steps out of those baby clothes (after all she's 40 y.o.). The track is cool though...a nice slow-jam and The Dream is just doing it big this period. He's fantastic! I love everything he writes/sings/raps...

As The Dream is prepping his sophomore effort, diva Mariah Carey joins him on this brand new track, chosen to be the lead single, called My Love. Great slow-jam. I really like this guy, he's doing everything his way...his voice sets him apart from other hip-hop singers nowadays and I believe he can deliver and impose himself better than ever in the music industry as a singer, not only as a producer.
Nice job here, Mariah. I gotta say after a long time that I like her soft vocals here and the ad-libs are just powerful enough to still keep her going throughout the track.
Overall, nice song.

So...all of you should know by now that Mariah's former label, Sony Music, is set to release a brand new album, called 'The Ballads', containing some of MiMi's most soulful songs. The album will be out on January 20th in the U.S.
For promotion purposes, Mariah rerecorded one of her classics, Hero. Brand new vocals for a new album. A studio-type video has been shot and released.
There's no doubt that Mariah has one of the greatest voices of our times, but she lost that spark, that 'special something' that would always set her apart from the others. I don't know why this happened...maybe getiing old had something to do with it, but I'm still hoping for her to give us those unforgettable hits in the near future. Nothing personal against her.

English: Mariah Carey's new movie, 'Tennessee', is set to premiere later this month. This is the video for her soundtrack song, Right To Dream, which premiered a couple of hours ago.
Can't say I like the song and, sorry for being harsh, but I'm not even going to watch the clip, due to all her weak performances and singles. You though can watch the video up here and let me know what you think. Who knows, maybe I'll end up watching it.

Romana: Noul film al lui Mariah Carey, 'Tennessee', va avea premiera mai tarziu in aceasta luna. Am postat aici noul videoclip la piesa Right To Dream, de pe coloana sonora; clip ce a avut premiera acum 2 ore.
Nu pot sa spun ca imi place melodia si, imi pare rau daca supar pe cineva, dar nu o sa ma uit la clip..asta din cauza faptului ca nu a oferit material foarte convingator in ultimul timp. Voi totusi puteti sa-l vizionati la inceputul postului si sa-mi spuneti ce credeti. Cine stie, poate voi ajunge si eu sa-l urmaresc :D

Mariah Carey is kinda..failing?..Big Time!

English: Ok...another single from Mariah's album E=MC2....why isn't it Migrate or Side Effects? =| What is her management thinking? Or whoever is choosing the songs to be promoted. After a few days ago we were told that the album won't have any more releases, All Access tells us that I Stay In Love will hit radios on October 21st. Still no word about a video.
Still, it's not bad. I mean, at least it's this song and not another weird choice. But still, I want Migrate! =(. I don't know. I think it's useless. Between us..I think her next album, 'Ballads' with her old songs will do waaaaay much better in the charts..no, really! I give you the song here. A slow-jam, typical Mariah style.

Romanian: Ok...un alt single de pe albumul lui Mariah, E=MC2...de ce nu e Migrate sau Side Effects? :| La ce se gandeste casa de discuri? Sau cine naiba alege single-urile astea. Dupa ce acum cateva zile ni s-a spus ca nu vor mai fi promovate melodii de pe acest album, All Access ne anunta ca I Stay In Love va fi trimisa la radio pe 21 octombrie. Inca nu se stie nimic de un videoclip.
Macar nu e chiar atat de rau. Adica, cel putin nu e alta alegere ciudata. Dar totusi, vreau Migrate!!! :(. Nu stiu..E in zadar. Fie intre noi, cred ca urmatorul ei album, 'Ballads', cu selectii din melodiile ei mai vechi o sa aiba muuult mai mult succes :))...pe bune! Va las acum sa ascultati melodia. Ceva slow, tipic Mariah.

Mariah Carey @ Fashion Rocks

English: Tuesday night, September 9th, Fashion Rocks took place in NYC. I wrote about it some time ago. It was a fantastic show. And I mean crazy fantastic!!!! Awesome performances that you wouldn't even dream about. I'm gonna post the greatest performances in HQ as soon as they are uploaded on the internet.
First up, Mariah Carey with her latest single I'm That Chick. Great performance with some nice vocals from MiMi.

Romanian: Marti seara, 9 septembrie, a avut loc show-ul Fashion Rocks in New York, de care am vorbit acum ceva timp. A fost un show extraordinar..in adevaratul sens al cuvantului!!!! Spectacole live la care nici n'ati visa. O sa uploadez toate momentele mai misto in HQ de indata ce apar pe net.
Prima la rand, Mariah Carey cu noul ei single I'm That Chick. Un live de invidiat cu niste vocalize frumoase din partea lui MiMi.

She's THE Chick!

English: Specialty sites announce Mariah Carey's next single: I'm That Chick. It's the 4th track pulled of the album E=MC2. I would've gone for 'Migrate' or 'Side Effects' which are waaaay better. I don't think that it's gonna have a big impact, especially that her last 2 songs totally flopped. Anyway, i really don't get the single choice..it's totally out of my league this time =|
It's a nice track though with nice vocals from MC, that go from down low to up high. Check it out lower.

Romanian: Siturile de specialitate anunta urmatorul single al lui Mariah Carey: I'm That Chick. E a 4-a melodie extrasa de pe albumul E=MC2. Eu as fi ales 'Migrate' sau 'Side Effects', care sunt mult mai bune. Nu cred ca o sa aiba un impact foarte mare, mai ales ca ultimele 2 track-uri au clacat urat de tot chiar. Oricum nu inteleg alegerea singleurilor..ma depaseste in cazul asta.
E totusi o melodie draguta cu niste vocalize frumoase de la MC. Asculta mai jos melodia.
